So do you make two different consistences for flooding / outlining or the same consistency with two different sized holes in the piping bags?

Have yet to make this recipe but, do you measure dry ingredients in grams to get a more accurate measurement? Some recipes say 1 tsp 1 cup but actually use grams since most people do not measure in grams. I was just wondering if this was the case since this recipe seems pretty professional! Kudos to you and all the hard work you put in, thank you so much

In reply to Nancy. Hi Nancy - glad you found it helpful! Regarding ziploc bags, they are not my favorite to use. The seams on the sides make the icing come out as a thin ribbon vs. an actual circle. I would recommend seamless, tipless piping bags instead of ziploc.
