I have not made the cookies yet, however, just reading over the blog and recipe has helped me so much! Thank u! Over the weekend I tried another recipe and it was an epic fail. Sticky sticky sticky! I had such a difficult time with this dough. It needed way more flour so I could roll it out. Also they spread a lot. I won’t use this recipe again.

Hands down the best sugar cookie dough! I’ve tried many over the years. The combination of almond extract & vanilla along with the soft texture that doesn’t require refrigeration makes these superior! I also don’t typically cool them on the hot cookie sheet. Once I get ‘em frosted, I’m betting they’ll be fabulous!
